Had a phone consult with Mr. Guest on how to proceed in a criminal citation w/a prior conviction. He laid out a few different options I could take with or without his legal assistance. He was thoughtful in the advice he gave and did not pressure me any direction I decided to take. He genuinely cared about the resolution of the case. Because of his consult I enlisted his services to handle this matter and would recommend him for any one else dealing with a possible criminal situation. Especially if it involves complexities.

Keep looking because Guest and Gray will let you down. I was a former client with Guest and gray law firm in forney. My attorney at the time was Candice Hughes, she did everything for my case and I was truly happy with her but unfortunately she left the firm. I received a call from Jennifer Kennington who I have never spoke with before telling me that my attorney just walked out of the door and left? I asked Jennifer what does that mean? She said your attorney just quit and we are scrambling around trying to place her clients with other attorney’s. They placed me with someone who I had not even gotten a chance to speak with so that I can feel comfortable with him. This experience was very unpleasant. I called Jennifer to let her know that if Guest and Gray would have let me vet Mr. Tidwell first like I did with Mrs. Hughes I would have felt better as a client and Jennifer said to me I will tell the manager so this doesn’t happened to nobody else but what about me? I was left hanging having to withdraw and I really didn’t want to but the communication was not there with Jennifer Kenninton? Don’t waste your time or your money because my situation could have been resolved differently as a client at that time.
