James Fowler has been an absolute Godsend to me. Kaufman county accepted my payment and then sent the same ticket to collections. I received a letter in the mail that I owed for a ticket that was taken care of 9 months prior by Guest and Gray. I initially tried to call the court house but I was not able to get in contact with anyone. The following Monday, I spoke to James and he immediately started making phone calls. He realized that the courts created a duplicate ticket and got it removed. He also followed up the next day to ensure it was removed and reached out to the law firm that contacted me about it. I can not express how grateful I am for James and his hard work and diligence.
