Hands down best attorney I have come across. From the beginning he was very detailed in explaining possible outcomes in terms we could understand. He guided us legally every step of the way and fought with only facts and truth in the court room. He listens and acts on behalf of client more than I've ever seen. WORST customer service (LORENA). Receptionist sounded half asleep, very rude in responding, did not let me explain the situation- cut me off multiple time. I had to stand my ground in order to get her attention. when asked to speak to a supervisor, Lorena stated she is just a receptionist and does not have that information. said I should contact Texas Department of Criminal Institute, but had no number for them . what law firm hires unprofessional people to be the face of the firm?
