Andrew Deegan is a incredible Defense attorney. Prior to finding Andrew I hired a Attorney that is highly respected & recommended. The prior attorney guaranteed I wouldn't get anything. Prior Attorney charged me 10k and a year went by and said the judge in my case would offer nothing except split the time I would be serving. Other attorneys told me my case wouldn't survive going to trial. Further adding to my problems I was unaware I had court the very next day. Leaving Andrew with another mess to clean up. The prior attorney also advised me that the judge in my case is unshakeable and gives everyone in a accident while intoxicated (3 drugs & alcohol) will be incarcerated with no time served, long probation, community service, large fines, court cost, loss of drivers licenses & loss of gun privileges. Andrew took my case the day before court was held. Again the judge wasn't exactly thrilled that court had to be rescheduled. I appeared in court waiting for the worst even tho Andrew said I got you. Went and stood before the court with Andrew and the judge said to me" Mr W. Im going to give you time served, no community service, I'm waiving all fines, you will retain all gun privileges. Your drivers license will be suspended for 6 months but I will sign a permit drafted by Mr Deegan to drive 7/24. Basically anywhere anytime. Im thrilled at the results of my case. Andrew was also defending a murder case at he same time and I imagine other cases.Your best results/outcome will be with Andrew Deegan. One last thing. He has years of experience ,highly respected by the court, great relationship with the prosecutors & judges. His father is in the same building with twice as many years defending folks. In my opinion Andrew can handle anything and needs no one, yet I found it very comforting to have two Deegans in my corner for the price of 5k.

I had the misfortune of needing an attorney, but the fortune to have gotten Andrew as my attorney. Andrew went above and beyond to help me with my case. He prevented me from serving time, was able to get my court fees waived, and secured the best plea deal I could’ve gotten. He was on top of everything when it came to gathering everything we needed for court to help put me in the best position when we went to trial. Anytime I had a question or concern he was willing to make time for me as early as the same day that I would text/call him and offered to let me come see him in person as often as I could.
