My friend had 2 pounds and some edibles, a second degree felony in the state of Texas, which is supposedly a minimum of 2 years and a max of 20(which is bs). Got him a deal that will keep it off his record completely upon completion of the diversion program. Would definitely recommend, he said there was great communication.
