He def the best lawyer to get. He was able to get me off a dwi and possession charges. I didn’t get convicted for either and he was able to have my interlock removed and able to keep my license. Seriously the best lawyer to have backing you up.

I would strongly recommend Andrew Deegan for your criminal needs. My experience with Andrew was very professional. I found Andrew to be very upfront and honest with me. I will also say that he is a good listener ;( we would often talk after hours or on the weekends), very prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Just shows his compassion about his work and the care he has for his clients. Andrew was able to help me with a not so ordinary case out of Wise County while I resided in Tarrant County. I was charged with a third degree felony that by definition was one of the worst written laws to have ever been written. My case was active in the courts for two years. This was no fault of mine or Andrew’s as this was the workings of the Wise County court. We had some major and unforeseen challenges in front of us during this two year time frame. We had two different judges (the county only has one) and we had two different district attorneys to contend with. Andrew was excellent at providing a solution to these issues. With my case being in a different county and not of the norm Andrew was able to use his resources to help provide a service. What this means is that I had a civil case that needed attention and he was able to source and recommend an attorney for me. Andrew was also able to resource an attorney in Wise County. The reasoning for this attorney is that he was able to provide us with valuable input and experience as he has a working knowledge of the DA and the Judge on a daily basis. Although we did not go to trial I felt very confident that we would have won and had the case dismissed. As the story goes the DA pulled some last minute shenanigans that required me to make a decision with little time to mull it over. Andrew was there by my side and still working away as we negotiated my sentencing with the DA and was able to change some of the conditions. In closing I am on two year supervised probation, eighty hours of community service, the transfer of my probation to be moved into, Tarrant County plus a few other conditions that Tarrant County and the State of Texas tacked on. When my probation is complete the charges will dropped to a class B misdemeanor and then will be deferred adjudication.

Andrew was really awesome throughout the entire process. He was always responsive and honest. He was able to get my charges down and remove my interlock early even after over a year of having court he was still helpful. Def recommend! Thanks!

I had a particularly tough situation, facing assault and criminal trespassing over a fence my neighbor asked me to update/redo. He was a retired police officer and IF he didn’t use his influence internally within the same police department that responded to the complaint, monkeys fly routinely out of peoples butts . But Andrew took on this man who pressed hard for charges. It would have certainly cost me a prominent job and my professional license. The prosecutor dropped assault after 7-8 months of discussion. Showed up am HOUR late to court. The judge was livid. He did not say anything in court, only his co counselor did and those words were far and few in between. He did not fight hard towards this case. My son got 15 years for his very first offense. 15 years for selling pot. No criminal history, no drug history or anything. Just a one time offense. All the money paid we received not even bare minimum service.
