I went in to speak to Mr. Hall about my fiance's case while he was incarcerated and looking at doing more time. Mr. Hall took the time to sit down and review the case and was honest saying we did not need his services and he did not want to take our money because a trial should not be needed and an attorney would not be warranted in our case. He was very professional, welcoming, and very happy to help even though I did not end up needing his services. I would definitely recommend Phillip Hall to anyone looking for an honest, genuine, attorney!

During a difficult, stressful time in our lives him and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we were involved and understood each step of the process. Anytime I had a question/ concern, no matter how small it seemed, they made sure I had an answer. Mr. Hoovers business card stays on our fridge, and in our vehicles.
