I have to say that Justin was honest and set me straight on my path on what needed to be done. He also stated that he didn’t want to waste my money and try and do something he wasn’t confident that wouldn’t win.

Justin took my case on a Friday with my court date being on Monday. He quickly read and assessed my situation and handled it with delicacy and professionalism. He worked through the weekend and came to court personally 100% prepared. He went above and beyond to make sure that our issue was resolved. Not only did he provide excellent service, he also showed me that he cared by offering personal advice based on his own experiences and really cares about his clients. The people he has working in his office were also amazingly helpful, kind, and professional. You can tell that you truly get quality and value with him and this law firm!! If you are walking into a Family Law office likely something bad is going on in your life. I was unfortunately in that position this year. Going through divorce is tough and everyone’s circumstances are vastly different and I realize that. I interviewed 6 attorneys around Fort Worth, including all of the attorney’s that are considered the “best” divorce attorneys in town. I left the initial meeting with Justin Sisemore confident he would do a good job in getting me through this situation. My gut instinct was right. He and his team, including attorney Samantha Wommack, did a great job. My situation turned out about as I expected in a positive way. From the first meeting he had a plan. We discussed and had a plan for all of my fears and what I considered threats against my assets. He planned for and neutralized all of those. I would highly recommend Jerold Mitchell for any family law matter. I hired Jerold to handle a divorce for my mother outside DFW in the fall of 2016, and even paying the travel expenses was worth every penny. Jerold took the time to explain how the entire process worked, and what we could expect from my step father's attorney. When we did have to appear in court, Jerold was extremely proficient and very knowledgeable, and after several failed attempts by the opposing counsel to get the upperhand, Jerold was able to obtain a very favorable outcome for my mother. I would HIGHLY recommend this law firm to anyone looking. My lawyer, Jerold Mitchell, handled my divorce case about as well as I could have possibly imagined. I had never had a need for a lawyer before this in my life, but Jerold far exceeded my expectations. Not only was he always FAR more prepared for each court hearing than the opposing counsel, he also made himself readily available to answer any and all questions I had (and it was a bunch) throughout my divorce process. Hopefully I never have another need for a law firm in my life, but if I do, I will be contacting this firm again.
