Lindsay Truly and Colin McLaughlin represented my husband in a DWI. Lindsey represented him in the license revocation hearing and won the verdict to avoid getting his driver's license suspended. Lindsay and Colin represented the DWI Jury Trial and received a not-guilty verdict. They are very familiar with the Criminal Codes, more so than the prosecutor assigned. They were able to get several pieces of evidence suppressed due to officer's performance of the field sobriety test, and evidence that the prosecutors failed to submit properly. Would highly recommend Lindsay and her firm!
