I’m late but I WANT TO TELL THE WORLD!!! If you need legal advise, help, counsel THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!!!! Tye and Shantae played an important role in not only helping me through my lawsuit but helping improve mentally. They called me every other week to see how I was doing, got me doctors to improve not only my physical but mental wellbeing and showed me compassion! What brought me to Varghese Summersett - My 17 year old daughter was arrested for aggravated robbery and possession of marijuana. I read through many law firms but Varghese Summersett stood out with all the information they provided, the transparency on their website, their experiences, knowledge, background, the videos with guidance and understanding, their why’s/get to know. I knew Varghese Summersett was the one to get the absolute best outcome and would be the best representation for my daughter and her future. We were fortunate and blessed enough to have Ms. Burks, she was simply magical. She kept it real but mostly she was calming and comforting to my daughter and letting her know she’s seen this situation many times before. We could not believe the end results and we are extremely grateful for all the time, effort, attention to detail and everything else that was put forth to dismiss both charges. With out a doubt I am very satisfied with and I highly recommend this excellent firm. I say this not only because of my favorable outcome, in my case a dismissal, which is what my attorney Christy Jack wanted from the start. I say this because it was the entire experience - from my very first phone call to the morning the case was decided and I said thank you and walk out feeling relaxed and fresh and ready to move on. I feel none of those lingering unpleasant feelings one is often left with after turning your life over to a stranger. I am so glad I withdrew from my first choice of attorney and went with my gut and hired this firm. This firm operates as a team, is exceptionally responsive, efficient, and understanding of ones particular needs. I was able to maintain an active role and actually participate in my case on a daily basis through their online system. I was never left feeling things were out of my control or out of my hands. My wife and I found ourselves standing at the wrong end of CPS’ powerful weapon due to no action of our own.
