I don't even know who this company is yet they have their telemarketers call me every single day without fail. I get a half dozen or more calls everyday from them .I have asked them to please stop calling me but that just makes them call me more. I would give them zero Stars if possible. What a horrible company this is. Regarding your answer: Maybe your telemarketer should just stop harassing everybody and not just me. And the last thing I would want to do is give you my personal information. I have spent the last 3 days trying to figure out how to block your telemarketers and prevent them from harassing me, not that you care. You say you take this sort of thing very seriously. If you really do maybe your company should be more careful about your telemarketing tactics. You can say whatever you want to make yourself look better but the fact is if you really cared you wouldn't be doing it to start with.

The staff at Varghese Summersett is second to none. From the team that answers your initial call, to Julie handling your intake and getting you set up with the right attorney, the experience is flawless. They are kind and attentive and answer all of your questions to the best of their ability or find the right person if they don’t have the answer. Kristen Carr was excellent. Her acumen and ease with which she navigated my situation was reassuring and comforting, knowing I was in competent hands.

I highly recommend Varghese Summersett Law Firm and particularly attorney Tiffany Burks. Needing to engage legal representation is never an easy situation but everyone I encountered at Varghese was professional, attentive and most importantly very empathetic to our situation. Our case was indefensible according to another law firm but Ms Burks cared enough to listen and was willing to take it on. She persevered until we had the best possible outcome and kept us informed all along the way.

TLDR: They initially engage with frequent communication and set high expectations, but then fail to deliver. Timelines slip, calls go unanswered for weeks despite repeated requests, and they leave projects incomplete and payments unresolved, resulting in confusion and outstanding balances/issues. Overall, my experience was highly unsatisfactory. I hired them to represent me in a motorcycle accident to secure settlements on my behalf. Initially, things went well, with regular calls every couple of weeks checking on my recovery. I felt supported during this phase. Problems began after two months of representation. In late January or early February, I was told they were close to finishing my paperwork and would submit it to the third party within two weeks. Expectations were set. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and the process didn’t conclude until late March or early April. I didn't hear from them until the end of April, when they informed me it was time to start settling with the first party. They compiled the paperwork again and assured me it was sent, expecting a response in two weeks. After waiting 2-3 weeks, they informed me that the settlement request never reached the first party due to a misunderstanding about email file size limits. This required an additional two-week wait. It was also concerning that they sent HIPAA-controlled files via email, risking exposure of my information. Around this time, I began asking questions about which medical bills Varghese would handle and which I needed to manage myself. I tried calling for more answers and was promised a callback, but it took 2-3 calls and three weeks to finally hear back. When the settlement concluded in June, my wife went to pick up the check, expecting all medical bills to be paid. Instead, we were told they hadn't attempted to negotiate the remaining balances, leaving it to us, despite their earlier commitment. I called twice for clarity on this issue and never received a callback. Only through email did they assure me that there should be no additional obligations beyond the ambulance bill. However, I found thousands in outstanding balances in my medical portal. Ultimately, I hired these lawyers to handle the financial aspects of the accident so I could focus on recovery. While I expected to lose some money using a lawyer, I wanted peace of mind and a clean break from the incident. Instead, I feel exploited, with unfinished business left to handle myself, despite assurances that it was their responsibility.
