Where to start.. Firstly, this team is the most courteous and professional group of people that I have had the pleasure of working with. The incredibly helpful, kind and courteous, Mrs. Bresha Shepherd, of the firm's office staff, was the first contact I had, followed by Mr. Benson Varghese and Mrs. Anna Summersett. Right away it was apparent that they truly, truly care for their clients, and goodness, does it show in the way they represent you. Through the entire process, the staff's communication was near instantaneous, always helpful, informative and transparent. I did not speak with a single person at this firm that showed anything other than compassion and understanding toward me or how I felt in any conversation, in person or otherwise. Coming off of a DISMISSAL in Dallas County, headed by Mr. Steve Baker, I could not be more thrilled to finally put to bed this ominous rain cloud that has hovered over me for 3 years now. Steve handled this case swiftly and, as shown from the dismissal, very effectively. I did not get the pleasure to get to know Steve for very long, but I suppose under the circumstances, that is not necessarily a bad thing! With this behind me, my family and I can finally carry out plans that we had since put off for so long. When I say being in their presence and working with them felt like I had Wonder Woman twins representing me, I mean it. They gave me comfort and confidence in some of the most hopeless times in my life. They fought for me relentlessly and are the reason I was able to continue on with a normal successful life with my family. I am forever grateful for these women. My family and I cannot express enough gratitude for Christy Jack and her team. For 3 years she has been by my side helping me fight a life sentence. Not once did she ever doubt me, not once did she ever back down from the county. She fought for me in more ways then one. She got me reinstated on bond when I messed up by drinking alcohol. I would highly highly highly recommend this firm! I have had many lawyers and these guys actually did their best to achieve the best results they possibly could and looked into all the details of my case and did not just what I like to call push papers around just to get to the next case.
