I cannot recommend Turner Thornton and support team enough. They have always been incredibly quick to respond, very helpful, and they are absolutely the most friendly and welcoming group of people I have met. When it came to hard questions, Turner was very honest which is really needed in tough times. I know every lawyer in this group is absolutely worth going to. I highly recommend Varghese Summersett, PLLC. They are always available and willing to help by phone or through their portal. A special thank you to Katie Heflin and Anna Summersett, who assisted with the most recent case - possession of marijuana and DWI. They are both compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable. They also know what the court/judge expects - attending educational programs and performing community service. The outcome was better than expected. The possession charge was dismissed, and the DWI charge was reduced to obstructing a highway with deferred adjudication for eight months. Once completed, and after some time, we can petition for an order of nondisclosure.

This law firm saved my life. I faced 4 very serious charges when Leticia Martinez was assigned as my court appointed lawyer. Most people would assume such a high powered attorney would never work much for a free case. I found this too far from the truth. Leticia fought tooth and nail for me. A full partner at her high powered law firm not only gave me her best and treated me being in jail the same as any client she treated me like a person not an inmate. Durng my 3 years of being in jail my only offer from the DA was a max sentence of 20 years. I took this to trial with Leticia and she brought in yet another full partner at her firm Christy Jack whom joined my case for free, not to make a name for herself but because she believed in me and my case, a $500 an hour lawyer full partner at her firm worked for me for free to prove me innocent. When my trial came on one case (with 3 more pending after) these two ladies fought for me tooth and nail and torr threw everything the prosecution brought against us. They were firce in trial, a truly impressive sight to see. I thanked God for these two. Not only all this but they took care of every and any need I had, from making sure I looked good at trial ( at their own cost) to holding my families hands and helping to communicate with them out of state. These ladies saved my life. My DA went from offering me a max punishment to getting so scared of these ladies in court they made an offer of only 5 years of Differed Adjudication. These ladies saved my life. I left jail right away. After leaving jail still wearing jailhouse closes I showed up to thank them and even looking as rough as I did I was met by Taylor at the front desk with a smile and cheerful attitude looking to do anything she could to help me, no judgment. This is a high powered office that treats the average guy the same as a rich man and will fight with the same veracity as for any client. Results are obviously of the utmost importance, but the journey or better said the process is what makes it endurable for most of us. Turner and team were very professional, punctual and detailed in their approach to our family matter. If I could give 10 stars I would. I worked with both Mr.Turner and Mrs. Lystad and they were both extremely professional and straight forward. They made this experience as easy as humanly possible and always took the time to reassure me of my decisions and the legal process needed to make those decisions a reality.
