I cannot rave enough about attorney Jeff Hampton. I had two big cases that could have gone very badly for my spouse and i. Jeff Hampton worked in conjunction with Brandon Fulghum diligently and got my case dismissed and my husband's possible sentence lowered considerably. He did a great job of keeping me informed and giving me the information I needed to know, when i needed to know it. All i had to do was hire him and give him the space he needed to work. He knows the ins and outs of the system for sure. Thank you Jeff!

I hired jeff to take care of the most important undertaking of my life. I was so happy with the outcome. My life continues and everything mr. Hampton said would happen ,... Happened! In some cases, it happened to turn out better than expected. Loved his punctuality, and all the guys and gals working with him. I really appreciated his bond office manager Craig. I trust these guys .

Jeff told my husband who had a warrant when he turned himself in he would bond him out. So we paid him the bond. When my husband was arrested jeff was suddenly "unable" to bond him out. Jeff told us his bond guy was working on it that night. When we talked to his bond guy he said jeff told him to do it in the morning. He also told us he would close the case and let us pay off the money after if it got dropped right away. He discouraged me from doing anything to help the case myself. I took control of talking to the DA he told me he had talked to her and when i talked to her she said no he never had. Then when it was time for him trial to see if the case would even go through he said he needed the rest of the money if he was going to show up. So we borrowed the money. The case got dropped. But when i asked the DA if jeff had been there she said no. He didnt even show up. The case was dropped because of how much i followed through with it. Not because of jeff. He wanted my husband to stay in jail until he got all of his money. SCAM!!!

Jeff Hampton is a wonderful attorney! He was such a great help to us. He is an honest man and will follow through until he is sure you are satisfied. He is diligent to be sure that you understand everything about the process of your unique case. We definitely recommend him!

I recently hired Mr. Hampton to defend my nephew who was in Tarrant County Corrections Center with some serious charges. He was successfully able to drop all the charges to a disorderly conduct thus giving him an opportunity to continue his studies at UT Arlington. During the process he was very patient, professional and prompt in responding to all my questions and concerns. I don't think I have ever done a review of any sort in the past but this time I felt compelled to do it for his outstanding services. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs similar services.

When the unfortunate event happens and you need to be represented the right way, who to choose as your attorney is a very difficult question. I am very fortunate to have found the right ones – Jeff Hampton and his associate (Brandon Fulgham) Why did I make the right choice? It all starts with the first call. When I first approached Jeff and Brandon with my case, they did not hesitate to give me details on my options/alternatives, details on the process if it actually went to court or what they would try to do to avoid going to court – and yes, the costs involved. I had a good sense of their honesty. When I finally decided to retain Jeff and Brandon’s services, they got devoted to it. Court day arrived. Jeff and Brandon organized the defense and pre-emptively submitted court documents that supported it. Due to a court technicality, it was only Jeff during court. He was very, very familiar with my case that it felt as he had actually been there with me the day of the incident. As cross examination started, Jeff was a “dog” in a good sense of the word. He was “objecting” to prosecutor’s statements by the minute, taking notes and performing aggressive cross-examinations. I was so impressed with his performance that prior to the final statement, my family and I spoke and felt that we had no regrets. . . Jeff had done all the right work and there was not anything else that we would have changed. After final statements from Jeff, I was even more impressed and more satisfied with his work – I knew that whatever the final verdict, I had not been taken for a ride by my attorney and that, quite the contrary; my attorney had done an excellent job on my defense. The final verdict was “Not Guilty” ! ! ! and “WE” (I say “we” because Jeff truly became part of my team) prevailed ! ! My final goodbye to Jeff : “ I hope I do not have to see you again, but If I have to, I know exactly who to call – Jeff Hampton and Associates.

Mr. Hampton is a man true to his word an d great integrity . He is the only Attorney i would ever consider to use again.

I am so thankful for the hard work and service provided by Jeff Hampton and his associates during our time of facing criminal accusations in Tarrant County. He was patient and thorough in answering the many questions I posed about our options during captivity and in presenting to the Grand Jury. Though it took what seemed to me a long time for the whole process to be carried out, Jeff was diligent to stay current and proactive for our case. He executed a pressing Habeas Corpus filing which resulted in a timely release and ultimately the case was given a "no bill". In spite of the jokes and stereotypes, Jeff makes a good name for lawyers, and I would recommend his service to anyone needing a criminal attorney.
