Hampton law firm is the BEST law firm in town hands down. Dawn Ferguson represented me in a felony case that ended up getting dismissed thanks to her professionalism and her brilliance and simply being the best at what she does. She answered all my questions and gave me confidence that we could beat my case. I believed in her strategies and it paid off. She’ll fight for you and won’t back down no matter how complex your case may be but she’ll also be very upfront with you. In all, she gave me my peace of mind back and now I can flip the page to the sleepless nights. Again thank you Dawn for helping my family move on from this nightmare.

Talked to Jeff Hampton today about a matter involving a possible credit card abuse. Mr. Hampton did an excellent job explaining the law around my situation and after our conversation I can say that my mind is at ease concerning the matter. For one he was able to tell me that the statue of limitations would have already passed for anything concerning my situation. Top criminal defense lawyer! Without going into specifics, Jeff accomplished what he promised and won the case!

To make a long story short, Hampton was retained for 4000 to represent my grandson in Parker County. The case was never filed and became a non-prosecute back in July. When I (the bond person) called the DA to see why nothing had been filed in 17 months, I was informed the case was not going to be filed (non-prosecute). When I ask when that had been determined they told me "back in July". According to the DA, Jeff Hampton never filed a "letter of representation" with them and therefore we were never informed. This left my 30K bond money sitting for 4 months not earning interest. Jeff also stated he'd spoke with the DA office, they had "no record of his ever speaking with anyone since the case was never filed". Needless to say, we'll be reporting this to the appropriate agencies to why we were given the information that this matter was being handled when in fact nothing had ever been done.
