I did a google search for injury lawyers in my area, and Ledger Law was the first firm to take me seriously. They were extremely professional, and very sympathetic to my situation. Ledger took care of everything! They told me to just concentrate on getting better, and so I did. The process did take a while to complete, but I suppose that is normal. They really fought for me, and the settlement was more than I had originally expected! Tom, Valentina, and the whole team were just Outstanding! Thank you all for taking care of me!

Two things most people don't enjoy thinking about: Death and lawyers. Well, one is unavoidable and the other...actually, they're both unavoidable, come to think about it. Together, you want to make sure that your heirs have as smooth a process as possible, and that your wishes are definitely carried out. (By the way, that also means making sure that some loser heir of yours is kept from getting anything they don't deserve, too.) "Estate planning" sounds like something for rich people, but even people of modest means (like me) need to stay ahead of this stuff. For example, two words of advice: Avoid Probate. This is where having a good lawyer becomes especially important. I'm pleased to say that Katey is an excellent lawyer. She outlined everything in straightforward terms, explained our options, and accommodated our wishes. It was all done quickly, professionally, and courteously. We're glad we selected her, and it's comforting to know that if we need to make changes in the future, we've got an excellent resource.
