Tiffany McWhorter was my 3rd divorce lawyer. The previous 2 had put me into a joke most other lawyers were telling me I would never get dug out of. Within a single week, Tiffany didn't just dig me out of the hole, she dropped my wife in it and completely reversed the situation.

I hired lawyer Heather Oiger and she didn't send notice of hearing to OC and a favorable ruling was then overturned. Cordell and Cordell offered a $500 credit for the mistake but I wanted all the money I had paid to prepare for the case back.

We had an unbelievably horrible experience. Our attorney did not file the paperwork that needed to be submitted to the court before our case, a costly mistake for us, as the other attorney objected and so the main reason we went to court, could not even be address. She was unprepared, we had to resubmit paperwork numerous times, as they were disorganized. We paid over $8000 and in the end, the representation was subpar at best. Our attorney did not do her job. If you are looking for a law firm my suggestion is to pass on Cordell & Cordell. You can find better representation with a smaller firm. Just FYI, when customer service called us, to inquire about our experience, we were told that although they wouldn’t be able to do anything with our bill, they appreciated our feedback. Honestly, the mistakes made in court will cost us greatly...a small discount on our bill can’t fix that!

My lawyer was friendly and responsive but my overall experience was negative. C&C claims to be experts in men’s divorces but I didn’t find that to be the case. I would describe C&C as the McDonalds of Family Law - you are rushed through their system and given a sub par product (but at a premium price). Find another family law firm and save yourself $6k+.

Margarita and her team are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Their main concern is with their clients and they really want to know more about you. It is clear that for them you are not just another number, you are a human being with goals and dreams - and they are glad to help you achieve them.
