Hutchinson & Stoy are the best! They were there for me during a time that I was confused and emotional having just lost my job. They protected my rights and advocated for me from the day I walked in their office...to the day I sat in mediation with Rob. Which I was apprehensive about but Rob took command and had everything under control. He had so much legal knowledge and was great about breaking it down for me in layman's terms. Rob is incredible! This entire group has been so pleasant to work with. The best decision I made was calling them. They tenaciously fought my legal employment battles with results in my favor! They have made this a seamless process for me by being incredibly professional and personal throughout it all. This allowed me to carry on with my life as best as I could considering the circumstances. I highly recommend them.

Hutchinson & Stoy helped me out on a my racial discrimination case and came through strong for me and my family. Susan Hutchinson is a shark, and believe me going up against big companies your going to need someone like Susan to fight back on your behalf. Very rude and unprofessional people yelling on the phone. Lady on the phone said, we called you multiple times and told you we do not want to take your case. That is completely normal to say but please do not yell at clients, you sound bad and people wont trust u represent their case

Mr. Goetz is very honest about your situation. He is available quite a bit and if you leave a message he personally gets back to you. We still are gathering material for my mother’s case but Mr. Goetz keeps us up to date and requests what materials he needs. Mr. Goetz is very professional and listens to his clients. I recommend him to anyone.

Very disorganized and rude. Julie laughed at my situation, among other things. They claim to be a “team”, but cannot even handle basic tasks. It’s terrible to be on a position to need an attorney. However, it’s even worse when the “team” at this firm further abuses potential clients. I have alerted and complained to the State Bar of Texas. I suggest you go anywhere else but here, especially when you have a high damage case of one million dollars like I do. Every other law firm I talked with was polite and professional. You need a “social justice warrior” just to deal with this firm. Stay away.

This law firm, staff and attorney, Chris Stoy, were above the bar! They gave us immediate attention and got us in right away and ultimately recovered my damages. They were very thorough about what they were going to do and did what they said they were going to do. They followed up and kept us updated throughout the process. Their professionalism is key! Mr. Stoy and his staff helped to make sure that my son and I were treated fairly after a drunk driver hit our family. Without their help I would have drowned in medical bills. Attorney Rob Hudson couldn't have done a better job on my claim. I honestly thought this was something that would take a year or more and extensive litigation but he had the insurance company pay up in less than 3 months due to his persistence. I am so thankful to have had such a personable lawyer who kept in touch with me every step of the way. When Rob first heard about my case he reacted with great sympathy and compassion.
