I have mixed feelings regarding the Stoy Law Group. During their handling of my case, they displayed prompt responsiveness to my inquiries, and I must commend Nancy for her exceptional service, rating her a perfect 10 out of 10. However, subsequent to the settlement of my case, unforeseen issues emerged. My health insurance sought reimbursement for hospital visits, but we did not receive compensation for those expenses. When I reached out to the firm, I was informed that Nancy was no longer with them, and my case had been closed. Regrettably, I never received a call or email in response to my inquiries. Subsequent attempts to contact them left me feeling like an inconvenience or a nuisance. It seems that while they are eager to take on cases, they may not provide adequate support for post-settlement matters. In hindsight, knowing what I do now, I would not engage their services again, nor would I recommend them to others

Maria was absolutely fantastic from taking every single one of my calls to answering some the most basic questions. She really takes the time to break everything down and explain it in a simple fashion. She walked me through every form and made sure that I was always positioned to get a max settlement. Without her help this process would have been very cumbersome and I would have wanted to give up much earlier.
