Daniel Collins was far from being a good attorney. He asked a friend of mine if I wanted to be on appeal bond, they of course told him yes but instead of filing immediately, he waited till nearly 2 months later to come and asked me if I wanted it done. By the time he act like he was going to get around to it, I’ve been in there half of the six months or better so I told him never mind but I guess his relationship with the judge is so poor she never even answered him. Then, when he prepared the brief, it had nothing about the conviction he went on, and on about attorneys fees that were not part of the hearing not part of any paperwork, and I told him over and over again I could care less if they were trying to order attorneys fees or not, I wouldn’t pay them Because they were court-appointed because I was indigent, so yes he got that removed from the order but it was pointless. Now he’s telling me our professional relationship is over, and nothing was appealed on my conviction to me. He’s very fake he acts friendly to your face, but I think he runs scams with the courts , there’s so many other issues on my case that were never addressed and when I told him about the issue of Teryn county violating so many peoples rights by failing to follow local row 5.21 doc you management from 2011 to 2023. His response was if you are right and what you’re saying you’re going to be famous, I’m gonna be famous will be famous, will be in law books, but instead of actually doing something about it, he ignored it, because he would rather help the judge and the prosecutor. Keep you were the conviction, then to protect all innocent people he is let me still hang for some thing I’m not guilty of do not use this law firm do not use this attorney run fast if you get appointed him by the courts I feel sorry for you

I called for a consultation and I would highly recommend Daniel. He was prompt with his response and genuinely cared about my inquiries and questions. He was available to take my calls and text. He knew everything I was going though and I was able to tell he knew what he was doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service. Five stars on this one hands down.

Mr Daniel Colins’s service felt very personal vs feeling like a paid service. He attened to my senseless/sensible questions with no judgement, when I couldn’t establish communication with him his teammate Mr James Luster would step in and be at my service, and in absense of both Miss Racheal made sure to relay informations to and forth. This definitely is a place anyone should/want to work with to ease their consequences. I did have a favorful outcome for me but even if it was otherwise I would give the team 5 stars for the amazing service alone.
