My boyfriend and i hired Jon Boyd with hopes he could help us win my boyfriends son back into our home. When we met with him he was straight up about everything. Didnt give us any false promises, no lies, not salesman like at all. He new exactly how everything would play out from beginning to end of court. When we finally had court it went JUST THE WAY WE HOPED. He didnt stop fighting and we won. We won a hard case that really had no chance. Be very careful when you hire him. Minus the fact that he is extremely rude and arrogant ... he took my money and literally made motions that did nothing for my case and then charged me for it. He didn’t even know if I wasn’t or was the petitioner. All he had to do was look at my documents. Furthermore he claims to have given me my case information yet it took me going to the court house and looking up my files to see that he made motions without my consent. It literally took several emails demanding my file to get anything. I’ve sent countless emails with no response. I have given him my information (like new email) and they kept sending things to my old email. I called the office countless times with a response “he is in court but I’ll have him call you back”. Guess how many times he actually calls back. Zero. He Has zero issues taking your money and handing you a hanky when you cry. But actually doing his job when it comes to family cases ... I would suggest looking around for a lawyer who actually will take the time to look at your case. He wasted not only me and my family’s time ..... but he wasted my money as well and wanted me to pay more. For what ... so he could continue to take my hard earned money and continue to delay my case by telling me I should wait a year. If you need a lawyer for family let me know and I can lead you to a better one. Thank you!

He was very professional and truly seemed to take our case to heart. He fought hard and was there when we really needed him. He’s not cheap, but he doesn’t nickle and dime you to death like other attorneys we’ve used in the past have. I definitely recommend him. His paralegal Jade is also AMAZING.

Mr Lynch was very good at getting the job done quick he works with u on payments. He has a great staff. He did his job very well. I would recommend him. If I need another attoney I'm going to him.
