With less than 24 hour notice of court hearing by Plaintiff's messenger, it was by divine intervention that I was referred to Alex and he met me at the courthouse. Although he only had ten minutes to review my documents and talk with me, he was on his game when the case was called. Plaintiffs had sought an injunction and temporary restraining order (related to my local Facebook page) that was subsequently denied and mediation was ordered. Alex proved to be a tough negotiator. Although it wasn't a winning case for either party, it was resolved to my satisfaction; the mediating attorney said I had a very smart lawyer. Alex is bright, confident, well-versed and keenly perceptive; I am grateful our paths crossed. Not all heroes wear capes.
