I have never been in a car accident before and was hesitant to hire an Attorney, until my injury required surgery, then I knew it was time. From the very start, Rich was great, he listened to my story and what happened to me and was up front and honest if I had a case or not. He laid out the process on how it would work, and made it easy to understand, including that this is not a quick process, you have to be patient. Throughout the process if I had questions he was quick to respond and behind the scenes I knew he was working his butt off. The reason I know this is, Rich was able to get me a settlement which was more than originally thought. He worked his magic and I am more than pleased that I decided to hire him as my Attorney! If you ever need someone who will go to bat for you, this is the guy and I HIGHLY recommend him and will definitely refer him to anyone I know who may need his assistance in the future.
