Don’t walk, RUN!!! Please don’t let the Old Grin fool you, David is a horrible not to mention miserable human being. You will only receive falsified invoices from the Law Firm.

I cannot speak any higher of Jeff Branch at O'Neil Wysocki. He handled my unfortunate divorce for me and made it a smooth, way less stressed ordeal. I had originally hired a different attorney who did what most lawyers do, promise to help you, get your money, then put you on the back burner. After my wife's attorney walked on my attorney a few times with no fight I called and met with Mr. Branch. Let me just say, the tides turned quickly to a point where everything smoothed out and stayed fair. One of the most brutally honest people I know, Jeff always told me the truth and shot me straight. Right from the start with my case, he told me "no one will walk away with everything, but I promise you'll both walk away with what you can live with". He was so right, our divorce was fair and neither side felt cheated. The one thing I will say is Jeff Branch commands respect with his knowledge of the law and his winning attitude. From the moment he took over my case, it was like I had hired a Pit Bull to represent me. He watched over my case with great attention, communicated with me at every step, and literally changed the balance of the divorce from my wife and her attorney taking anything and everything they could to them doing more agreeing to Jeff's terms and submitting to what he told them they could have. His courtroom presence is very professional but very intimidating at the same time, with an air about himself as someone not to be pushed around. I really cannot say enough about how he got me through the most difficult time I've experienced with confidence and a resolution I felt very happy about. He truly cares for every client. If you find yourself in need a of an attorney for divorce or family law, you owe it to yourself to hire the best to get you through it. I highly recommend Jeff Branch as the ONLY choice for family law.

After being referred to by another attorney, I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing this firm. Unresponsive to emails and texts, my legal action dragged out for almost a year and a half. I have asked four times for my final invoice, and have not received a return call or any other correspondence.

Lynne has been the best attorney! She is super sweet, but also very aggressive and stern when it comes to getting a result for her clients. She doesn't play around and gets a solution. Loved being able to work with her & would definitely recommend all my friends/family over to her.

The staff and Mr. Wynne were very responsive. I was pleased to be able to communicate by any means...text, phone or e-mail. Mr. Wynne was great at having a feel for the opposing counsel. He was tough when needed or diplomatic when needed. I was very happy with my outcome.

Was told 100$ for attorney to call me back.

With all the emotions of a custody case the last thing I needed was problems or concerns with my own attorney. From financials, being responsive, fighting for what I feel is right and Elizabeth Barr shooting me straight so I had no false expectations, this Law Office and it's staff have been there for me. I represented myself at first, didn't sleep for weeks and was on the verge of loosing my case without knowing. I couldn't be thankful enough for Elizabeth stepping in and not just stopping but reversing what was about to happen just in time I highly recommend them and will continue to utilize their services in the future if needed. I went through an extremely hard and heartbreaking custody battle. Lynne made sure she walked me through the process, basically held my hand the whole time. Cared not just about the case but my well being. Her staff, specifically Amber and Candice, ALWAYS communicated quickly and helped me with whatever I needed. Not to mention, Lynne’s experience and strength in the courtroom is exactly what you need in an attorney. Highly recommend!
