I don't know what I can say about this law firm. I adore David and the way he presented over my case. He put in personal concern for my daughter through my custody. He has never not been able to answer a question I ask and I am positive that when I need law help again I will immediately go to him. Office staff has always been great to work with. Unfortunately I have not had the pleasure of working with any other attorney in his firm but I can only assume if he hired them they must be at the same level as him. Anytime anyone asks about a lawyer this is the first and ONLY place I recommend.

I have waited almost 4 years to write a review. Reason being, I wanted to think that good came out of my custody contract. With child custody, this has not been a good 4 years and I believe it is because of the lawyer I chose. I am a single mom who is a nurse and is currently in nurse practitioner school. As a single mom, every dollar you make counts to provide a good life for your child. I like to think of myself as someone who has worked very hard to provide the best life I can for my daughter. When choosing this law firm, I went off the reviews. I spent $4000 of my own money not only to be passed from one of the lawyers who worked for this firm to David Wynne himself, only because the first lawyer was not completing my case on time. When I worked with David Wynne, he assured myself and my mother who came to the appointment with me that he would take care of everything the way we wanted it. When I went to court to deal with this, he did not show up. His assistant stated he was sick. I called his office and he was in a meeting. I felt abandoned which is actually a violation to the lawyers ethical obligations. Thankfully now after these years I understand what kind of person and lawyer he is. He is a lawyer that works for the money, not for his clients. I never got any of my hard worked money back. My child's father didn't even have to pay a dime. I was 26 years old and this was my first lawyer and I feel I was definitely taken advantage of. I don't even write reviews on anything but because my work with David Wynne has affected our lives in a negative manner, I have to come back and write this review to help save others who maybe think about working with him or his law firm. In this DFW area, their are many lawyers. Please do not choose this law firm.

I am really glad Marcy Akers Freeman is my attorney.  During my first meeting with her, she really listened to me and then explained the process and her plan of attack.  This is my first experience with the legal system so I have many questions and having Marcy Freeman as my attorney has definitely put me at ease. She returns my phone calls and answers all of my questions promptly. When we went to court, I felt at ease because she was clearly comfortable in the courtroom.  I totally recommend Marcy Akers Freeman and the Wynne Law Firm.

I was referrred to Mrs.Milford by a friend for a matter reguarding my son. I was extremely pleased with the services i was provided by the firm and the outcome. I would highly recommend Lynne Milford.

Unfortunately not only can I not recommend this law firm based on our experience, I will also give them a bad review based on the following. During our initial visit, the lawyer was very quick to make a judgment based of the limited information we gave her. There was more she could have done by listening to the facts, but she missed the point. She did not do any work for months, and then when we finally needed her she hadn't done the work that was required. We had to urgently change to another lawyer who actually listened and talked to us about the situation. We lost the entire "non refundable" retainer with the Wynne Law firm. Very difficult to get lawyer on the phone and we felt that they were too busy with other people's cases to care about ours or to dedicate the required time. We initially picked them due to good reviews. Don't be fooled.

Hired an attorney from this law firm and she told me initially every thing was great and in my favor. Which I thought was reassuring seeing how N.C. and Va were both ready to give me full custody of my kids. Then she never called for anything and never asked for anything. Got to court and she hands me a legal pad and says “write down the questions you want me to ask.” How in the world are you a lawyer, take my money and then never do your job. I ended up losing everything except 50/50 custody and I still have to pay child support. Then Shannon Pritchard goes and hugs my ex-wife’s attorney as soon as we were done and are laughing and smiling. I understand people have friends, but when other peoples lives are involved and you’re in court, that get pushed to the side. When we get the judges’ verdict, she says to me “well ask your parents for the money,” my parents didn’t pay for my divorce. It’s people like you that drain good, hard working people and put them in debt. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

I hired Lynne Milford and I could not be more satisfied with her work.

David has been in his profession for many years and takes great pride in what he does. In my particular case he was very knowledgeable about all the different aspects of Family Law and the court system. From the beginning ... he understood how important it is for me to be a father and highly involved in my son's life. He showed this same passion as he represented me throughout my custody case. He made certain to protect my rights as a father and to fight for me in all aspects of my case even to the point of getting an injunction against my ex because she was harassing my workplace. During trial ... David was very prepared and represented me well. He did a good job of communicating to the court what was actually taking place in my situation and the necessity for a modification to the custody. As a result ... we were able to get a change in custody and some other aspects of the order. I would highly recommend David for your divorce/custody needs!

After an employee did not correctly handle my case, David Wynne reached out to me to get my issue handled immediately. David Wynne also was in my consultation and knew what he was talking about when I presented my case. The company definitely made amends and more. I would suggest using them for financial wealth planning as well as divorce representation.

Although I have not had the honor of having Mr. Wynne represent me, I know several who have and I cannot speak highly enough of his honest and fair representation. He is not a father's rights or mother's rights attorney, he will do his best to represent his client's interests. He is not afraid to dig in his heels and go the extra mile when needed.
