Goodmorning !! Today has been such an emotional morning. Today marks 13 years exactly that my husband has been incarcerated.. My husband has made his second parole and will be home with family very soon. I want to thank Mr.Marshall and Amy who have made this possible. Every step of the way they have been there to help me understand the process they did more then just help bring my husband home. They were there emotionally and mentally they reassured us threw the whole process. We couldn’t have made it this far with out you guys thank you so much. We will forever be grateful. With you guys being in our life’s and standing right behind us we can now say we made it !!! If I could day one thing that would I am so confident with saying that I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants to push for they family member to be home. They worked with me. They stood beside us threw both parole sentences !! We love you guys !! Thank you !!!

In sticking with the theme of Team SLFs responses to any negative feedback or criticism here, I’m not going to attempt to assume my attorneys gender. They looked like a dude, but regardless, zhe was awful. Tied for worst family law firm in the metroplex. I wouldn’t even refer to it as representation. Just bare minimum going thru the motions and taking your $ in the process. I explained my desires in an hour and 15 min phone call with my attorney 2 days prior to hearing and at hearing zhe acted like everything I was seeking was news to they/ them. They/ them attempted to have me release my HIPPAA records TO OPPOSING COUNSEL. Quality counsel would shut that stuff down before it ever got to their client. This place is a colossal waste of your time & money, and they will act as judge & jury. My attorney froze when confronted by opposing counsel but was stern with their client. Me, the same person paying them for representation. IF YOU RETAIN ANYONE AT THIS FIRM, YOU WILL JUST END UP PAYING THEM TO ACT AS AN EXTENSION OF OPPOSING COUNSELS SALES TEAM. Run from these bozo’s or you will pay for it in more than one way and have nothing to show for it. These people are awful, pathetic human beings in every sense of both words.

Schneider Law Firm was fantastic to work with. We engaged for a divorce case, and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and guidance they provided. Mr. Trent Marshall advocated for me to the BPP of Texas. He successfully was able to negotiate my terms of release from Prison and also was able to get me out on my first date eligible for parole. And on top of that, he WILL look out for your best interest while on parole. If you EVER have any issues with Parole, please trust me when I say that Mr. Marshall WILL represent your best interest always! This is all from personal experience with Mr. Marshall. Worst law firm and lawyer I have ever had to "represent" me. After my original lawyer I hired from Schneider law firm went on maternity leave I was passed off to another lawyer in the firm. Big mistake. The new lawyer that was to represent myself seemed woefully unprepared or experienced. They continually disregarded my requests and caved to whatever the opposing party wanted to do. They allowed the opposing party to walk all over me. I truly felt as if they were just going through the motions without listening to anything I had to say. They would allow the opposing party to never sign the final order, months after the final hearing, and instead chose to just send an email to them month after month asking them to sign. One day I get a bill saying they typed up a motion they were filing with the court to get them to sign. This perplexed me as I had never seen this motion and I was also getting billed simultaneously for them emailing the opposing counsel asking them to return the signed order. I questioned this motion they said they typed up and a few days later I received a response stating that they had typed up this motion because the opposing counsel told them they were going to have their client sign, but then would never return the signed order or contact them back. I have asked on multiple occasions for a copy of the motion they typed up, to which I have never been provided. I finally convinced them to set a court date asking the judge to force them to sign the order. I also told them no matter if they sign before the court date or not I want them to proceed with the hearing because I want the judge to be made aware that they have refused to sign until I filed another motion forcing them too. I also told them I want them to ask the court for my legal fees back that are associated with having to force them to sign. Today I get an email stating that they received the signed order back from the opposing counsel last Friday afternoon, when my court hearing is tomorrow, and they are canceling the hearing. So here I am again, being completely disregarded by my attorney and allowing the opposing counsel to walk all over me, while being stuck with yet more uneccessary legal fees by this firm. This is not the representation I was led to believe I would have when I hired this law firm. They have continually cost me excessive amounts of legal fees all while letting opposing counsel continually walk all over me. I would never hire this firm again and if I were an individual seeking representation from someone that should represent my best interest, would stay far away.
