Anna was very understanding and considerate of my situation and wanting to get my case taken care of right away. As soon as I hired her, she jumped right on it, contacting the DA's office, and got them to not file the charge that was pending against me. She was also able to talk to my parole officer, and submit a document from the DA stating they were not picking up the charge for me. My parole then lifted the blue warrant off of me. This all got settled within a matter of days, and my parole officer said I was really lucky, that this usually doesn't happen with a family violence charge. All thanks to Anna for getting this done!

Commited a crime violent Felony crime this past summer that carried a 2-10 year sentence and up to a 10k fine. This was my first offense so needless to say I was petrified. Though there was substantial evidence in my case proving my guilt, Anna saw to it that I was not harshly penalized for it. I ended up getting no jail time, fined $100 bucks, few months probation, will request for a non disclosure, & last but certainly not least, it was deduced to a MISDEMEANOR. Anna & staff was informative, HUMBLE, kind, & understanding. I would rate and recommend VARGHESE SUMMERSET with a 20 star rating if I could and to anyone in need of legal assistance. This is the best law firm ever, and I had the best attorney she was able to get my case dismissed without having to ever go to trial. They also have a great communication software tool so that you are always in touch with your attorney and never having to wait for a telephone call back as well as all your documents and notes are at your fingertips through this software. I will definitely use them if I ever need them again. Thumbs up.

I searched for the best lawyers in Fort Worth Texas and the name Anna Summersett came up in Google and Avvo. I had hired another lawyer from another firm but I quickly changed my mind after the first phone conversation. After the first meeting, I could tell that I had settled for the best. I was charged with theft and I was scared that it would scar my future endeavors and possibly face deportation since I am an immigrant. The whole team was on my side! Anna being the captain and Alex Boyd her side kick. I was constantly updated on matters regarding the case and was advised promptly and ahead of time to complete online theft classes and community service. My case was dismissed and I don’t have to do any services to the community nor am I held under probation. I wish I had taken Anna the minute I was charged but anyway, it was never too late. She is kind, very professional and above all a winner!!

I was set up to face three felony counts of stalking. Those charges come with a minimum of two to ten years per count. Upon hiring the office of Varghese Summersett I felt confident with her legal representation. She walked me through the charges, and the paperwork thoroughly explaining what could happen. She was super responsive to emails even after business hours which is not common for many lawyers. I also never had to show up to one court date . Anna was able to dismiss my case within 3.5 weeks. I just want to say that Anna asked me to trust in her when I had no idea what was even going on. I was charged with Assault with Bodily Injury, for an assault my son and his friends did. I had never heard of a parent being charged for what their child had done. Anna told me to be patient and trust in them and I did. It took almost a year but my charge was dropped!
