My divorce was very stressful and messy. Cassidy was good about listening and communication. Her skills in the courtroom were amazing.

Cassidy Pearson is a very thorough, experienced, and competent attorney who always had my best interests in mind from start to finish. This was particularly the case with my divorce that was extremely contentious and involving child custody. She kept me informed and I always felt like in exceptionally good hands. She never missed a scheduled meeting and Cassidy always took my calls. What I especially liked was her ability to remain calm in crisis situations. I could not have asked for a better outcome and highly recommend her.

I hired Ms. Pearson for my child custody case. She was confident, professional, and had a winning attitude. The consuktations, phone calls, and court appearances were all amazing experiences with her.

Cassidy was great! I would definitely recommend her and Beal Law Firm in the future. First of all Beal is an excellent firm. Throughout the entire process I felt like I had the support of the entire team. On multiple occasions other members of the team would help with my case and answer questions, and not because I was being passed around but because the issue or question fit their particular expertise. It really felt like the team worked well together and all had my best interest in mind. Secondly and most importantly Cassidy did an outstanding. Saying that you are happy with the outcome of a divorce is a bit of a misnomer but given the circumstance I can honestly say Cassidy did a great job making sure I was happy with the outcome. This was especially impactful to me and I appreciate Cassidy's approach on this. The items and issues that were important to me were not necessarily the things that are easily measured and "scored" in a divorce but they were important to me and Cassidy recognized that and made sure they were what she focused on regardless what some divorce scorecard would say. In the end I was extremely happy with the results and with Cassidy as my attorney.

Cassidy is an excellent and impressive attorney/ counselor. She knows the law and executes strategies like no one that I've ever seen. In my case (Child Visitation Modification), she reworked the old visitation order and developed a strategy that made my ex-wife's attorney's (who had 20 years + of experience) head spin. She is probably still trying to figure out what sank her battle ship. Even when said attorney resorted to questionable ethics, Cassidy stayed calm, cool, collected, professional and ethical. Needless to say, I got everything that I was entitled to under Texas Law and then some. She also advises when a legal service may be unnecessary as emotions can run high between parents. It is an emotional process and sometimes parents can lose sight of what they are trying to accomplish under the law in the long term. She did have to bring me back from the abyss of anger but did it in a way that was professional and respectful. That shows compassion and a lawyer that feels she has an ethical and moral duty to her client and not just collect legal fees. Everyone I worked with, that was under her leadership, was thorough. You can't ask for a more competent set of the professionals on every level than BLF. If you are looking for an attorney that will fight for you, takes the time to explain the strategies in laymen's terms and executes like Johnnie Cochran... You need Cassidy working your case.
