I needed an attorney to represent me for a rather severe misdemeanor traffic infraction. Justin Sparks came highly recommended to me for my criminal case from Texas Law Shield, whom I had initially contacted. Upon our initial consultation in his office, I noticed that Justin was very crisply dressed as well as extremely well spoken. First impressions mean a lot and I was very impressed with him and his facility; as I had already interviewed with other attorneys. Justin explained to me that he had tried a similar case with a favorable outcome, and also, that he had previously worked as a prosecutor. He set a flat fee for me and assured me that he could get the job done. Throughout the case, I had many questions for Justin, and his communication was very good. He gave me his email and personal cell # which made me feel very confident. I believe that Justin’s previous experience as a prosecutor was invaluable in getting my case dismissed. If you are looking for the cheapest attorney in town, Justin is not your man. If you need solid legal representation along with a proven track record, I highly recommend him. Justin knows the system inside and out and will fight for you, command attention in the courtroom and do whatever is necessary to win.

I only met Justin once, when he represented my brother at a sentencing hearing, but once is all it took to see that Justin truly cares about his clients and he works extremely hard to ensure justice when it is deserved. Justin has been very kind and available at all hours to my family and that has meant the world to us during this difficult time.

Initially i had very high hopes.But my experience was very displeasing with Mr. Sparks. He was not very attentive didn't respond to emails promptly. No sense of urgency about my case. He was very condescending at times about certain questions I asked. At the end of the day I hired him for a specific reason and my expectations were not met. I didn't get the results I paid him to help me with. Very misleading.

I was charged with Carrying a Prohibited Weapon at DFW airport. I have an out of state CHL and was arrested. I never thought I would be arrested. I do not drink. I do not do drugs. I work hard for my family. I am a licensed medical professional, a Nurse. I always said to myself “that happens to bad people doing bad things, I have nothing to fear”. Well, that is not always true. I was accused felony assault. That was all it took an accusation. Further, since Justin had the charges reduced to class C misdemeanor I can even have the arrest and everything expunged from my record. Justin Sisemore & Associates are AMAZING!!! When I showed up in his office I was scared of my own shadow. I was a mess and willing to give up anything and everything to protect my kids but, Justin was never going to let that happen. He helped me to toughen up so I could do the things I needed to for my kids and myself. He put together a perfect agreement that protected my children, what little we had left, and provided for us financially. He knew what we needed even when I didn't. My kids and I are so thankful for all the work Justin did for us. Our life wouldn't be what it is today if it were not for his foresight. Justin didn't have to do all he did but, he will think ahead for you when you just can't do it for yourself. If you need things to be done right the FIRST time there is no one else I would recommend.
