If based off of the results it would definitely be a 5 star review. However the overall experience was still good I'm glad I picked them BUT I just would have liked to be contacted throughout the process more. Each stage of the process I was contacted to be given an explanation about what was going to happen, but once & only once. Personally I would have liked to been contacted at least bi-weekly AT LEAST to simply been told, "hey paperwork is being looked over", "we are waiting on...." "This is what's going on ...." That's all. BUT AGAIN overall good.

They handled my claim like a champ all the way through. They stuck by me and were always there along the way to answer my questions or any concerns I had. From start to finish they took a very complicated process and helped me through it in a time of need for myself and my family. The firm was very good about keeping in contact with me and updates all along the way. I would recommend them to family or friends.
