After waiting and being denied 3 times with another law firm I went online and found McDonald law firm. Kristen always kept me up to date and answered any questions I had via text never had to make a phone call and wait for days. Kristi has helped me so much with my disability process. It's been a long process and without the help from my parents and friends, I'm not sure how I would have made it through. I had doubts but Kristi was very informative and kept in touch with me and let me know what was going on with my case. My life will change and I'll be able to live a little more comfortable than I have been.
