I would like to say McDonald Law Firm is the best. They helped me get approved for disability. Anytime I had a question they were always more than happy to help me. If you are needing help with your disability, pick them. Their staff is the best

McDonald Law Firm is AMAZING! They were extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions regarding my claim. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their approach to my claim as well as being very professional at all times. It can be overwhelming with paperwork, and codes and statements etc. Mc Donald Law Firm stepped right in and took control as they guided me through the system and made what seemed difficult easy. I can only say from personal experience that they will put you first at all times because you and your claim is just as important to them.

Never thought I would be approved the first time these people were on top of everything highly recommend

I hired them over a yr ago. Lack of communication is awful. There is a girl by the name of Cristell and she is so bad. She doesn’t respond. Lawyers forget we are the ones to hired them. Now to fire this one.

I was recently denied benifits following an appeals hearing. I'm not blaming McDonald Law Firm as a whole for my denial, but I believe my attorney did not adequately prepare for my case, and definitely did not prepare me for the hearing. My attorney, Jason Cook, called me for the first and only time one week prior to my hearing. He called to confirm my phone number and to tell to make sure and answer my phone at the date and time specified by the court. It lasted approximately 3 minutes. This call was on a Monday and my hearing was scheduled for the following Monday. I did not feel comfortable or prepared for the hearing so I called Mr. Cook on Friday before my hearing. I expressed my concern and uneasy feeling. He assured me things were ready and he was prepared. However, he wasn't familiar with my case when I asked simple questions. For example; He had incorrect dates. I asked him if I needed to prepare in any way and he told me no, just to answer all questions honestly, which I did. On the day of the hearing the judge did not have any questions for me. Mr. Cook on the otherhand asked me questions for approximately 30 minutes. Many were blindside questions that I didn't expect or see coming in any way. Some didn't even seem relevant to my case. I believe Mr Cook, as my attorney, should have discussed the question with me prior to the hearing. I should not have heard them for the first time in such a critical time of my appear. Hopefully not, but it was almost as if they were retaliatory for me calling and questioning his preparedness in my case. The rest of the staff were amazing. They were polite, professional, and they kept me informed. If you decide to use McDonald Law Firm and are assigned Jason Cook to represent you, request a different attorney. Again, I do not put the entire weight of my denial on Mr. Cook or the McDonald Law Firm, but I think it was a contributing factor.
