The caseworkers have too many cases and are hardly ever able to keep in touch with their clients. Clients call mad everyday because of this. If you want your case handled properly I suggest you look elsewhere.

Disability part: Mandy is VERY disrespectful and VERY rude ...these people talk to you like you are a child They make more excuses to WHY they can't or won't help..They never attempt to apologize or anything

I am currently in the waiting room and I’m extremely nervous. I’m waiting to meet with Mr, McDonald, but apparently he’s still in the previous hearing. Erin is my case manager and while most of are communication has been spread out over months for the past two years. I’m not ecstatic about the level of communication, but I would be terrified to go to court alone. I will post an update to this post, just as soon as I am done with the process. Praying that everyone gets the benefits they deserve. I truly wish I didn’t have to go through this struggle and just be back to my “normal self”. 😐

I hired this lawfirm to take care of my disability claim after being denied numerous times myself. Well they messed up and filed the wrong claim with the wrong information on it. Can't be never get someone on the phone other than an automated message. They never return the calls and I and my wife are the ones doing all this paperwork ourselves that the lawfirm was hired to do. So now I ask is this a legit firm do they exist ..IM STARTING TO BELIEVE THEY R NOT WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE.
