Mr. Hernandez is straight and to the point, do what he asks of you and you will be amazed at the work he puts in for YOU. I honestly believe Mr. Hernandez cares about his clients but it's a 2 way street, the client has to care as well. After being wrongfully accused and convicted of speeding at the rate of 81mph in a 65mph on Chisolm Trail, against all other advice I sought out an attorney to help me with an appeal. The Hawkins and Walker team rose to the challenge, but set my expectation appropriately. I fully expected to have to go to court and once again tell my story. To my surprise, not only did I not have to go to court, but the ticket was dismissed on appeal! Absolutely terrible, they did not keep contact with me, they did not call me back each time they said they would, they did not go to court for me or send information about payment or keep me updated when they said they would handle my case for me. In the end I had to pay for my traffic ticket myself.
