Very professional and they take care of business. You can't go wrong with using them as your attorney. They will always let you know about upcoming court dates and always be in contact with you via phone call or email. It was a good experience.

🛑 ⚠️ ⚠️ Don't hire the law office of Daniel Hernandez (No contrates a la officina de Daniel Hernandez...lee asta el final de este reviewpara mas detalles) I strongly don't recommend The Law Office of Daniel Hernandez. They are more focused and interested in the money they are charging that helping you out in your case. They won't really explain the charges, and they will charge you with absolutely everything like every single email, messages, calls or scan documents. If you call to ask about your case, they will charge you for the call even if you just talk to the receptionist. If the receptionist or assistant doesn't know about your case, they'll call you later and charge you again. My divorce case started in 10/22, we had the first hearing in 12/22, we met at the court house at 9am and finished before 11am but they charged me 4 hours of $250 which is Brinda's hourly rate ( my attorney at that time). In 2023 year my case didn't move at all, and every time I called to ask about my case, they gave me different excuses like the opposing part attorney never answered emails or calls, they kept giving me that excuse almost the entire year. In 12/23 I called the Trrant County Family Court to ask about my case, and they told me that my attorney had not done anything to move the case forward and that they had not made any requests of any kind and that in January 2024 my case will be dismissed due to the lack of follow-up. When I called Brianda and told her this, she got kind of mad and said the court people didn't know what they were talking about, but yet they charged me with email and calls that they supposedly did in the 2023 year. Finally, in 07/24, after 17 months, they set up a mediation which didn't settle anything because we were so much apart from what the opposing part was asking for. Mediation lasted no more than 40 minutes, but they charged me with 2 hours of $250. It's very unethical because they have been charging me with extra hours for everything, extra hours they didn't work on my case and probably they were working on some other cases which they also changed for it, meaning they charge multiple people at the same time. I called and asked for my invoice after the non settle mediation. Obviously, I got charged for the call, they sent me the invoice . I told the receptionist that I wanted to dispute the charges and that I didn't want them to represent me anymore, she told me she would talk to Brianda about it and that they would call me back. They called me back almost a month later after I hired a new attorney, and the new attorney called them to request my file. Now I feel like if they are blackmailing me because Brianda called me and told me she won't liberate my file to the new attorney until I pay the supposedly money I owe to them, but I told her about the extra hours she didn't work on my case and I got charge she didn't gave my a answer, on the contrary she told me she was still my attorney and that she would keep changing me for anything she would do about my case. Divorce is difficult and frustrating, and attorneys like The Law Office of Daniel Hernandez will turn divorce even more dark and complicated. En mi caso me cobraron muchas horas extras que no trabajaron en mi caso y cuando les dije que quería disputar lo que me estaban cobrando no me dieron respuesta. Dejaron mi caso Sin mover por más de un año y solo daban excusas que el otro abogado no contestaba llamadas ni correos finalmente cuando yo llamé a la corte me dijeron que ellos no habían hecho nada para mover mi caso.
