If you do use this firm- please request anyone other than James Martin. I have nothing good to say about my experience with him. He definitely did not do his job on my case. Waste of time and A LOT of money- ask for a different attorney if they appoint him to your case, or go to a different law firm altogether. Your freedom depends on it!
