I actually have two cases with Dunham and Jones. One for tarrant county one for Dallas county. Matthew Yaquinto at the Fort Worth office got my misdemeanor completely dismissed yesterday in court. I didn’t have to talk to the judge or anything it was just in and out. I’ve been working with them almost the past year, and Matthew is just awesome. He returned all my calls the same day or by next day latest, he replies to emails after hours, and just trust me you won’t be disappointed with Dunham and Jones. I also have a felony for Dallas county which Brett Hiser at the Dallas office is getting me one year probation with a fine, it’s a pretty sweet plea deal. These guys know what they’re doing, so if you need a criminal defense attorney then you found them!

I would recommend this law firm 100%! They are honest, affordable and will fight for you when it seems that there is no hope! I was convicted of a DWI in 2017 and have been on probation since without incident. My original PO retired and I met the new officer who had it out for me from Day 1. I went in for a random UA this July and was thrown in jail on a Friday on a motion to revoke my probation (while my 11 yr old son was home alone and I was not able to contact him). My mother contacted Dunham and Jones and Shawn, an attorney, came to visit me that Sunday in jail. He was empathetic, knowledgeable and most of all-he was honest. After our conversation the feeling of dread and despair turned into hope and trust in the lawyer who is fighting for me. I thought at best, I would be released on bond, have to wait on a court date and a judge to decide whether or not I deserved to spend years in jail or reinstate my probation. After seeing the 5 page MTR that was sent to me in jail, this was the best case I thought. Shawn came back in a few days and informed me that the MTR was dismissed and I was free to go home to my family! He got the case thrown out and I was able to walk out of that jail that afternoon. I have been in contact with Dunham and Jones since my release and since I lost work due to this, I wasn't able to make payments to satisfy the rest of my retainer fee. Instead of an "Oh well, sh*t happens and you need to figure it out," I again received empathy and care. I have never had an experience like this when it came to hiring and dealing with lawyers (and trust me, I've had a few) and I will never trust any other firm with my legal needs. Thank you Dunham and Jones!!
