Praise God and a HUGE shout out to Mr. Jeff Hoover for a miraculous outcome representing my son. Mr. Hoover is a very approachable man. He patiently listened to “understand” all the details associated with my son’s case. He gathered the facts of the entire situation; and he was also very interested and empathetic to the root of what was going on in my son’s personal life. The uncertainty that comes with any legal situation can be extremely stressful; but Mr. Hoover’s constant communication to update me on the details & the actions occurring behind the scenes was OUTSTANDING and a huge help in reducing anxiousness on my end. Constant communication with clients is so important. After my initial reach-out, to Mr. Hoover, I was never anxious in wondering how long it would be before I heard back from him; because his assistant, Mayra, was always one step ahead of me…beating me to the call. Mr. Hoover hires the best because Mayra was proactive, very knowledgeable on the details of my son’s case and she is just as polite and professional as Mr. Hoover. Initially Mr. Hoover told me he was going to fight to lower my son’s charges; but he did WAY MORE than anything I would have expected. He fought for my son’s charges to be dismissed. What could have turned out to be a very stressful life-changing outcome turned out to be a dismissal. We all won! CHARGES DISMISSED!! MUCH, MUCH respect to Mr. Hoover. I unfortunately received two dwi’s and I was extremely scared that I was possibly going to prison. Erica worked extremely hard on my case and she is absolutely amazing to work with.
