We can't think Francisco Hernandez and his team enough. Erika Flores worked great for my brother Ronnie Mackey. She was so patient with all our questions and assured us she was going to fight for him. Every time we met her or was in court she made sure we were comfortable with what was going on and that we understood everything. Jeff took the time to listen to my situation, explain my options and patiently answer all of my questions. He understands the court system well and his strategy was perfect. I was interested in using this office because I've heard people who have a good experience with them. But I also know of 3 people who have used them for immigration and when they are at the appointment Mrs. Vicky " forgot to send send certain documents " so it prolonged their process while in Mexico. And all she had to say to each of them is " I already did my job". Mr. Hernandez I've heard so many great things about you but your assistant is tarnishing your name.
