Don't hire, she will go rogue and miss court dates then charge you $400 an hour just for paperwork or $100 just to respond to a simple question.

I was a client to Jennifer Wiggins for 10 months in 2017. Jennifer Wiggins communicated primarily by phone and rarely responded to my emails making it difficult to have documentation with regards to her many misstatements regarding my case. She tried to avoid mediation by initially telling the opposing counsel it would be a waste of time, attempting to get it cancelled just hours before it was to commence, did nothing to help me reach a settlement during mediation, and then blind copied me on an email sent to the amicus in an attempt to discredit the amicus after the amicus had helped me reach a favorable custody settlement after the failed mediation. Wiggins has deleted my negative review from her law firm Facebook page to avoid having negative feedback. I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Jennifer Wiggins and strongly recommend that prospective clients not consider her services.
