Justin and his partner Graham is a great set of attorneys. This was my husband's very first case and boy were we nervous and stressed out about it. We had no idea about the process and how long it would take us to put this behind us. Justin Sparks Law Firm is absolutely great. I went in six months ago, after being charged with a FELONY assault by my local PD. Mind you, I’m in my forties, never had so much as a parking ticket, and a father of four (and now a grandpa). Justin heard me out, reassured me all would be well, and went to work. At my district court arraignment, Graham (Justin’s associate), spoke on my behalf and made the process painless. He kept me up to date with the discovery process, and was available when ever I needed questions asked. Ultimately, the case ended exactly as Justin predicted on our first visit, no billed by a grand jury. I will refer ANYONE I know with legal issues to Justin Sparks and his team, and will always keep his card in my wallet. Heaven forbid you’re put through the hell I was by overzealous local yokels, but if you are, give them a call!

I've used Justin on two occasions and have been impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was able to get both cases dismissed in situations that made that seem unlikely. He is prompt, efficient and, hands-down, the best defense attorney in the state. I only wish that i could give him more than 5 stars.

As someone that has never been and trouble with the law, Mr. Sparks was extremely professional and compassionate about what I was going through. Above all else, Mr. Sparks is the most honest attorney I have ever hired. I would recommend hiring Mr. Sparks as your one and only criminal defense attorney. I knew he would be super attorney given the law school that he attended and after reading previous reviews. I am only disappointed in one thing, I wish Mr. Sparks practiced family law as well...
