I've spoken a lot with Tim Tate through out handling my injury claim. He has a lot of integrity, you will know exactly where you're at through out the whole process. He will be realistic with what to expect in your case and optimistic about how to go about handling it.

Hi I’m a truck driver and was hit by another semi-truck. I had a great experience with Claire Tate and her team at the Fort Worth location. They work very quickly and go above and beyond to make sure their clients are getting the best treatment and they are very attentive to their clients needs. Most definitely recommend! Keith took this contested probate case and did his homework. Within a six month period my brother and I walked away with six figure settlement. Since our first meeting, Alex has been phenomenal. I have found him to be an invaluable source of information regarding legal proceedings, as well as an advocate for what is fair and accurate in all judicial proceedings. It was a difficult and exhausting process, but I was comforted knowing I had someone who was beyond competent on my side. If you are considering using his services, I recommend you do so.
