Dustin represented me in a case, any questions I had, any time I had them, I had answers quickly and in language that was easy for me to understand. This being my first arrest case, I was scared about everything but retaining with Hoeller McLaughlin made my life so much easier through the whole process.

I have been a probate and estate planning client . The knowledge, professionalism, and friendly staff cannot be beat. Both of my adult children have been clients , as well as several of my friends and acquaintances, due to my enthusiastic referrals. They have been quite happy as well. Brian Hoeller and Colin McLaughlin went above and beyond for my 19 year old son even before I hired them. He was charged with aggravated assault and was already on probation. When I called, I scheduled a consultation for the following day. By then, they had gathered and studied everything they could to discuss every possible scenario that could happen. I had already spent a year dealing with a court appointed attorney who is probably great if he's hired but useless when he is appointed. These amazing guys spent more time talking to my son (who was still in jail) and me in the first week than the other guy did in a whole year. They put in more work than I ever thought possible and it paid off. I can't give them all of the credit because God certainly stepped in and gave us a miracle during this nightmare, but without Brian and Colin, that would not have been enough to save my son from sitting half of his life in prison. These gentlemen know what they are doing, and are refreshingly up front and honest. They don't pretend they can make the punishment disappear but they told me every possible outcome and helped me understand the reasons behind everything. Our family owes them more than we could ever express. Instead of serving what would very likely have been 15-20 years of a 30 year sentence, he is only going to serve about 4 years. Because of their hard work, my son will have a life left at the end of his sentence and I'm very grateful for that. May God Bless you both, Brian and Colin.

So this one time I decided to completely waste my time trying to reconcile outside of court with my pompous ex for over five years before I found Breanne, and it STILL took another four years to finish what he started. Of all the jokes that come to mind in regards to that mess: I’ll keep this clean. I was on the verge of a mental break down, and I could not have done what I did without her, and her faithful side kick Beth helping me keep my sanity. I live in Michigan, and these two women went above and beyond for me working with me every step of the way. Much like any court case, as long as you have the patience to wait for the other attorney to get a clue about what they need to do, Breanne will not only do her job the way shes supposed to, but you’re going to have peace of mind while you wait. Keep up the great work ladies. I really can’t thank you enough.

Fantastic professional and helpful

Zena is an amazing human being and attorney. If I ever need to go back into court for any reason I will be calling Clark Law Firm and requesting Zena. She communicates and makes sure everything is completely understood. This was an extremely hard process for me but she lifted the burden a lot with her professionalism and her knowledge of courtroom procedures. I am grateful, and so is my family, for her advising us and guiding us through that process.
