I do not recommend this law firm. I was told when I started the probate for my mother's estate that it would cost anywhere from $5K to $6K. Months later I was told by Mr. Leonard that it would be closer to $8K. Now the price ends up being almost $11K!!! I was very clear about what the estate involved upfront so I don't understand why the price was so high. I was provided a 15 page bill when I questioned the charge. They have a portal to use as a way to communicate and upload documents. There were a few times I asked questions and I had to beg for an answer (or they just ignored me). Find another attorney unless you want to pay a crazy amount of money for minimal service.

From the moment I spoke with Ms. Truly on the phone and the patience and professionalism she displayed while I asked my many questions, I knew that I had found a good one. Not only did she call me from her own personal cell and let me know that I can text her directly with any other questions, she also was transparent on estimated times for processing for my specific request. Of the many, many firms I called, I feel very confident in my decision to have her helping me with my request. My only wish is that I had met her sooner when my case was open. If you are on the fence, take into account the pleasant things that I, and many others, have said about this firm!

These folks went the extra mile again and again for me, getting a felony charge dismissed, then went above and beyond months later when a background check falsely came back showing that felony as a conviction. Attorney Lindsay Truly is an exceptional attorney. She had my case dismissed the day of court. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She treats her clients with respect, dignity and kindness, not like a typical criminal or a court case number. she answers any questions you have with prompt responses via text or email if she can’t answer your call. She does everything she can to get you the best possible outcome of your case. I would recommend her to anyone that needs legal counsel. I’m very grateful for the way she handled my case. I hope I don’t need legal counsel again but I will definitely want her on board if I ever do. She even gave me advice on how to get the arrest off my record after she was finished with my case. Hired them to revise a decree. They took payment then stopped responding to any calls or emails completely. They took payment but never completed anything and will not respond to any contact. Breanne is a very rude person and very unprofessional. She also lies. Do not use her.
