I had a really great and impressive experience with Mr. Zadeh and his law office. They took my call quickly and responded in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with Mr. Zadeh the same day which is impressive because most attorneys are really busy and you have to schedule an appointment days in advance. Mr. Zadeh was very patient and professional when we spoke about my issues I needed help with. Mr. Zadeh spent a good amount of time listening to my concerns and he addressed them all without rushing through anything to make sure I understood what he was explaining to me. After speaking with Mr. Zadeh, I had the answers I needed to make an important decision in my life and I left our phone call with peace of mind in making that decision. I am a small business owner and needed some quick advice on a statement of work and terms and agreements contract for a large customer. This was my largest contract to date and the client corporation had some very hefty asks in their legal contract. I did not feel confident about signing it and Jim Zadeh helped me review the contract and he found areas where I was able to push back and request clause removals. I didn't think the large corporation would flex on anything, but I followed Jim's advice and it was a huge success. The large global company removed the clauses and modified to the terms Jim suggested/recommended. His advice, knowledge and recommendations saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in new insurance that I would have needed to purchase and one particular clause he was able to get removed actually reduced my potential exposure by MILLIONS! I can't say enough great things about Jim Zadeh - plus, the customer has renewed the business contract and is looking to extend for all of 2021.

I recently had to use the Law office of Jim Zadeh to represent me after a bad wreck that caused lasting injuries that directly affected my career. The high level experience and talents of a large firm, but the down to earth trust and attention to detail of a one man show. This firm is a unit of rockstars. I was initially interested in seeking to work with them from seeing the work of Amanda Rodriguez, and her knowledge in the profession, and that led me to a call with Jim where i knew this was the firm i needed!

I was in a car accident. At the time I didn’t know Jim Zadeh, but I was aquainted with his assistant Rene Mercado. I am hispanic and it is difficult to me to communicate well in English and less in a legal case. Jim treated me as if he meet me for life, like a brother.
