I have never been in a car accident before and was hesitant to hire an Attorney, until my injury required surgery, then I knew it was time. From the very start, Rich was great, he listened to my story and what happened to me and was up front and honest if I had a case or not. He laid out the process on how it would work, and made it easy to understand, including that this is not a quick process, you have to be patient.
