Dunham and Jones Law firm is the best. They handle my sons case, Stewart Neal met with us and he let my son sit down and explain what happened. My son was charged with a serious charge. But Dunham and Jones got his charges lowered to an lesser charge. And he didn't have to go to prison. Stewart was always at court, always talking to us. He knew us by name treated us with respect at all times. I recommend this firm to anyone that's looking to get the best attorneys in DFW. Also Scotty Jones greeted us with truth and honesty and respect. I'm serious they are the business if your looking for the best.

I found myself in trouble with very little funding available. I was a federal officer and under no circumstances could I get convicted in the situation. I took a chance and Hired this firm to represent me. I paid a very reasonable fee which was thousands of dollars less than other officers in the same situation. To be to the point their services were extremely affordable. After nearly a year and a half I realized that I made the right decision and was found not guilty for family violence, saving my career and my love for shooting sports. Dunham and Jones, and more particularly attorney Kathy Ehmann-Clardy and her assistant saved my way of life, and I will always be grateful. She was a great attorney. Courtney and Stuart were AWESOME!!!! They made me feel at ease, answered any questions (no matter how stupid) that I might've had, and most importantly they won my case. Would not recommend anyone getting into any kind of legal trouble but if you do happen to get into some this is the firm that you need to call.

The team at Dunham & Jones was absolutely amazing! From my free consultation to my not guilty verdict and everything in between these guys were there for me every step of the way! My case was tough because I'm a convicted felon with a prior conviction for the offense I was charged with. Even though I didn't commit the crime, the prosecutors wanted to throw the book at me. My lawyers, especially Kathy Ehmann-Clardy, always had my back and believed I was innocent. Through the next several months my legal team built my defense while the prosecution did nothing but offer jail time. When it came down to it my options were to take a guilty plea and 6 months of probation or go to a jury trial (which was included in the price.) My lawyers didn't hesitate at all or try to persuade me to take the easy way out. They knew I wasn't guilty and were prepared to stand up for me and fight in front of a jury. After 2 days of trial I was found not guilty by unanimous decision by a jury of 6 men and women. No matter what the prosecution tried to say, even going as far as calling my own witnesses liars! My team always had a rebuttal and honestly made the prosecution team look foolish, mean, unprofessional, and unprepared. I can't think everyone at Dunham & Jones enough for their tireless dedication to defending me and I would highly recommend them to everyone else. Hopefully for me I'll never have to use them again, but if something ever happened and I needed a team of people on my side I'd know who I'd call!

I would like to personally thank Kathy Clardy of Dunham and Jones. She exhibited extreme dedication to my case. Kathy worked after hours and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I appreciate her honesty and her willingness to to educate me on the proceedings as I have never been in trouble with the law before. Ultimately, through prayer, hard work, and exceptional legal council, my case was dismissed. Again, I would like to thank Kathy for her hard work and dedication to my case. Robert was appointed to me by Tarrant county after I was arrested for 3rd degree assault. This was my first time being arrested and having recently gone through an expensive divorce I couldn't afford to hire an attorney. I had very low expectations for a court appointed attorney given what was my preconceived notion, but Robert completely exceeded every expectation I had. It was if I was paying for his services. First off in the 10 days he was assigned to my case he came to jail and spoke with me 5 times. That is unheard of for almost any attorney. Secondly, he worked diligently on my case, saught out and spoke with witnesses that weren't even included in the police report, and every time new evidence came to light he took time to speak with me in jail about it. He was honest in that every time he said he would come and speak to me he did and helped me understand the situation I was facing. He was aggressive in attempting to broker a deal with the prosecutor, who on the emails referred to him as Bob as if they were on good terms which gave me confidence he was getting me the best possible result. The prosecutor offered 2 years deferred adjutification if I pled guilty to a class A misdemeanor, but Robert convinced me this deal wasn't in my best interest and he was correct. In the end Robert got my case, a class 3 felony, no billed by the grand jury due to his excellent law knowledge and persuasiveness. Thanks to Robert I didn't even have to worry about a trial and my life went back to normal as if nothing had happened which was the outcome I truly wanted. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone who is in search of a dedicated, aggressive, and truthful attorney. I didn't pay for his services, but if I ever need a lawyer in the future I at least know I want have to research and chose one. Robert proved to me all the confidence I had in him was justified and I'd hire him in the future in a heartbeat and I know that he would work just as hard for me again.

The most knowledgeable and aggressive towards achieving a goal that doesn't leave a residual affect on your life or job.I signed on because I am confident my attorney fees won't escalate if my case has to go to trial.Even that is covered.They also ask for less than is the going rate of lesser prepared attorneys.What happened to me has been very trying...but I am secure knowing I will be represented in the best way possible.

Robert Hayden had plenty of experience on both sides of the justice system. He was appointed to me. He's a fighter and loves to win. He had my case dismissed and I'm very thankful and blessed.
