Mr. Hawkins was incredibly easy to reach out to any time I had a question. He would respond back in a timely manner and always made sure to answer any questions I had. Was supposed to have my case handled by them and the experience I got was very unprofessional. Barely any staff so when I call it’s either voicemail or someone picks up and claims I’ll get a call back which is only wasting my time and prolonging things. Waited an entire day and no one called how unprofessional. Then I called in a second day to speak with someone who was only being rude , don’t blame for me your short staff you choose that job so work it correctly. Just leaving my honest experience here .
