Mr Hernandez is as professional as you can get, want, and expect from an attorney. He represented me on a first time DWI misdemeanor. Daniel wasn’t my first attorney but I’m very glad that he was appointed to me. My previous attorney didn’t really give me the ins and out of the case and the repercussions of that mistake on top of lack of communication and left me hanging in court 3 times. Mr Hernandez set me straight, didn’t BS me, told me what to do and what would follow if I did not. I’m not at all knowledgeable in law, not even the slightest, but Daniel broke it down and explained each detail of the case, my involvement, the law regarding the case, and the process by which the court would handle said case.
