Spencer is a great attorney. I saw a low rating review below and I wonder if it came from a place of expectations and not about Spencer himself. When I came to Spencer about a modification, he was very honest and upfront and told me what I didn’t want to hear but it was the truth. He then gave me clear advice on a different approach, and I also hired him for a protective order hearing, which I am very glad I did because he saved me from a res judicata situation that I didn’t even know was a thing. I always turn to Spencer when seeking legal advice and I know he’s who I’ll always hire moving forward if needed, and highly recommend to friends seeking divorce/custody help. Thank you, Spencer.

I would give them a 10 star review if possible! This law firm is hands down the greatest law firm in Tarrant county! They have gone above and beyond any expectation I ever had! Renee is Mr Nilsson paralegal and she was on the spot with any issues that arose during the case. Anytime I had any question or concerns she more than quickly acted even after normal business hours. Spencer Nilsson is a very hard fighting attonry the kind you would see in a TV show, this man was on point the entire time during the trial and never missed a beat! In the court room this is THE GUY you want on your side! I highly recommend this law firm to anyone looking for a fighting chance! If I had to do it all over again I would have hired him from the very beginning! You WILL NOT be disappointed! Again this is the best law firm in Tarrant county!

I did not enjoy his approach on the first initial call. Before judging someone, it’s best to know all of the facts about a situation. Thankfully, I was received better advice from a different firm.

Spencer and his team helped me through a divorce while navigating COVID and multiple hurdles from the opposing side. There was always great communication throughout the process with the office, even in some after hour circumstances. I always felt like I understood the choices and the outcomes that were possible, which was comforting in making decisions during this process. At the end of it all, he got me to a spot that I was hoping to be at. He is someone that I would highly recommend to others.
